These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DagFlows website, waitlist, and any early-access or beta services we make available (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Early access and beta
DagFlows is currently offered on a pre-release, waitlist, and beta basis. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Beta features may contain bugs and are not guaranteed to be reliable, complete, or secure. We may impose limits on usage during the beta period.
4. Your account and waitlist
When you join the waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to collect data you are not authorized to access, or in breach of any third-party terms or website policies; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to or process through the Service ("Your Data"). You grant DagFlows a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any consents necessary to collect and process Your Data.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by DagFlows and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DagFlows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.
